About the Department: Staffing Standards

The Staffing Standards department at 98ɫ���� ensures programs are staffed adequately, efficiently, and fairly to provide excellent care for clients with serious mental illnesses and complex needs. It consists of four main components: the Centralized Staffing Team, Regional Float Pools, Telehealth services, and the Kronos Scheduler, all of which aim to standardize staffing using healthcare best practices.
